I ordered 2 tablets online from puracleanse (mizulean) which says free trial which, I made one of payment through my bank card, And without signing any contract with them or any agreement. Another payment of £69. 95 was taken twice from my account today 12/3/13.

I contacted the company via the phone today, spoke to the one of their customer service who advised me that I can only get refund of 50percent back but I disagreed because I want my full refund back. I requested to speak to her manager, while speaking with the manager he was very argumentative and would not listen to my request of asking for my full refund, he then say that they cannot refund my money back as I tried to explain what his colleague told me about refunding 50percent back to me, he stated that I cannot get anything back and just hanged up the phone on me.
