Did on line search of local florist in Venice Fl to place order for my fathers funeral. Showed they delivered to locals schools, churches and funeral homes so I called and placed my order for 3 floral arrangements, one floor arrangement from dad's 7 children, one bouquet of lilies from his 15 grandchildren, and one red rosary from his 5 great grandchildren. Received email confirmation of my order. While I was flying to Fl for funeral, I received email they did not have the delivery address to which I replied immediately via email and then called them to confirm they received it and our flowers would still be delivered to funeral home next day as there was early service planned for 2/14. I was assured they would be delivered on 2/13. Imagine my horror when my entire family arrived at funeral home the morning of 2/14 and there were no flowers. I spent 45 min on phone getting run around, got hung up on, got transferred repeatedly, put on hold and ignored. My father, a true American hero, DID NOT HAVE ONE FLOWER THERE FROM HIS ENTIRE FAMILY!! I was mortified, embarrassed and humiliated beyond belief. For 3 days I did not receive return phone calls or emails despite my continued efforts to talk to supervisor. Only after I threatened complaint with BBB did they respond. Yes my credit card charges were reversed as I contacted my credit card company and reported the scam. They responded to BBB complaint technical difficulties with delivery address however I had it in email as well as called them and they confirmed they had received address of funeral home. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Biggest scammers, worst customer service ever!
