I had my oil change there on 08/31/2012,they cut a protective covering away from underneath the new 2012 Cruze I brought from them. Upon changing my oil in Fort myers, FL, this was my second oil changed since I brought the car from them, the technician inform me that the cover that protected the area where the oil filter, and the oil plug, had been cut away, and you could see the evidence where they use a jigsaw to remove it. The oil on my new cruze had only been changed twice since I had it, and since I was inform on my second oil that the cover had been removed, it could only have be done at Cook Chevrolet in Steamboat Springs, CO. I will have had the car a year come June 30th.
