I contracted with PVL to move the items in my storage unit, but then had to postpone the pick-up. I then found that I did not need their service and was told when cancelled on 9/14/12 that I would receive a refund of my $250 deposit. Since then, I have called and sent emails, but have had no answer and still do not have my refund.

I'm assuming that there's no way for me to get my money back, is there?
