On March 4,2013, we ordered 3 bottles of this product in the amount of $27.00 At the end of transaction, our account was charged $139. My husband immediately called the company and asked them to cancel out the order. Within minutes our account was charged the $139.00.We received this item on March 9 which we immediately went to the Haines Creek Branch post office in Leesburg, FL and returned this package. We paid $8.54 to have this sent back. We have our recent from the post office and the company was due to receive this on March 11.On My husband has called this company several times to no avail. I called on March 15, at 11:30AM and spoke to someone named Kate (that similar to that) in CUstomer Service and she informed me that there was a $5.95 charge per bottle for restocking fee. However before hanging up, she was processing a refund in the amount of $139 and we should receive it within 24-48 hours.On March 20, I again called the customer service who then said she was walking in the office where this Kate works to check with her. In the meantime she decided to transfer me to a number, which was a recording, who said all reps are busy, please hang on the line. This recording played three times, the last time it said "good Bye". I'm furious! We are on a limited income and live day by day from social security checks. Please help or my next step will be the Better Business Bureau! Thank you.
