International boundaries
They offered to help obtain grant money for education and research (as well as other information). Promised to send CD information for $2.97 but never arrived. Then I was charge additional $57.93. I also had a foreign transaction fee of $0.03 related to this. I sent email and call my banking company with this credit card. I tried calling Grant Assist but finally sent email through the cancellation portion of their website stating that I did not authorize the $57.93 charge and have do not want to do business with them.
