I would refrain and request users not to pay heed to complaints made by fake people and name, sitting in India and using the name "Alice". Please check our website www.phoenixartdesigners.com. Hi Scam Book team,
We didn't understand what kind of policies you people are following. Any body can write anything about a company? Why you people are uploading the message without verifying with the so called accused company.
We want to clarify that we don't have any client named Alice. Moreover we follow a strict policy that if a client ask us not to call him, we immediately feed that name & phone no. to the DNC directory in our database.
If that customer is claiming that we have cheated him with an amount of $320, please ask her to produce the invoice or the contract paper that we had exchanged. Moreover we only concentrate on the Business area & not to the individuals.
Finally, we, Phoenix Art Designers clarifies that we are not indulged in any kind of Fraud business & the lady named Alice is not our client. We demands a fair inquiry from your end & will help you in any further investigation.
