I purchase a set of headlight assemblies for my 1998 Volkswagen Golf Gti. from Protuninglab Inc. on January 11,2013 on Ebay using my Paypal account that is identified by my email address-(Personal Information Removed). I recieved them on Jan 24,2013, took them home and they didn't fit. So I emailed Protuninglab Inc. and asked them if I could mail them back for a refund or an exchange for a set of headlight assemblies that would fit. Jan 31,2013 Protuninglab Inc. emailed me and asked if there was another name that the headlight assemblies were sent to, I replied that they were ordered under my name, John Shores or Johnny Shores. They then emailed to me that I could send them back. My tracking record of the returned items showed that Protuninglab . recieved them on Feb 12, 2013.Feb 1,2013 I mailed them back to Protuninglab Inc. On mar 14 I emailed them,told them that my tracking through canada post service showed that they recieved them on feb 12,2013 and would they please refund my money. Mar 15 they emailed me and asked for my phone number which I included in a reply. They phone me that day and Daniel who said he was phoning from Protuninglab Inc. asked me for my credit card number so they could refund my money. I asked why they couldn't refund my money through Paypal and he said it would be easier to use my credit card number to refund my money. I phoned my credit card company and they said that if I give them my credit card number that I am authorizing them to take money from me. I also called pay pal and they gave me the phone number that Protuninglab Inc. could call to refund my money through paypal. Then I recieved an email from Protuninglab Inc. that they would call paypal on the following monday but I would get my refund faster if I just gave them my credit card number.
