A "collection department" called our office saying we ordered service to onlinelocalyp.com. This was unusual because we are a web company and know NEVER to do yellow pages. They said we had agreed to a $699 fee for a listing in OnlineLocalYP.com. They played an audio recording, but all the "yeses" we EXACTLY the same. Researching online, other people complain that their recorded YES was added into the service agreement part of their contract. Our employee said they had called and merely verified our address and the doctored the audio to make the rest of recording.
They threatened a collection agency and then said there was a $499 cancellation fee. I paid the fee and then started looking online and saw that it is a scam. The credit card charge displays as EBS on the statement.
