He wants me to tell Moneygram that he is my relative OR friend!
He is using a SCAM called "Google Checkout Scam":

He does not provide his address!
He does not want to let buyers view the VEHICLE!
He lied in the listing and payment method.
He is very secretive about the sale transactions!
