"Jim Rogers" called stating money is due on an contracted invoice for listing on their website. Asked for a copy of the alleged contract. They faxed an invoice for the amount they want not actual contract. Stated it was a verbal contract and we could not get a copy of the transcription or contract because FCC holds it until it's paid. Stated we paid it previously with a check number and said check number was not issued to them. WE are not paying any invoices for anything we do not have a copy of a contract for. There are 3 employees at our company and no one gave a "verbal" authorization to a contract. There is no term, limitations, costs, nor severability information regarding a verbal contract they state we entered into. This sounds like a scam.
