On the 3rd January 2013 I ordered a Tandberg TPT 3001 tuner. I got instructions by e-mail. I immediately paid 1799 euro plus given estimated shipping costs 15 euro. The tuner was very soon marked as sold. Nothing else seemed to happen. I sent numerous e-mails to the company asking what is the problem. No answer was given. On the 14th January 2013 I ordered a Tandberg TCA 3002 preamp. I got again instructions by e-mail, but I paid nothing. I sent a message and told the company that I pay the preamp after I have got the tuner. The preamp is still for sale at Audio-Extasa and under Allegro.pl too. I wanted to see if someone reads my e-mails. I sent a question about one remote controller and within two hours I was answered and given paying instructions too. When I have many times asked about the tuner and shipping I have not got any reply. I read the shipping cost tables carefully and found out that the correct shipping costs would be 52,20 euro not 15 euro. I sent extra 37,20 euro at the 10th February 2013. At the 13th February I got e-mail telling me that the tuner was shipped. I was given a Hermes tracking code too. I had expected shipping with DHL. I waited days and nothing happened. The owner of Audio-Extasa replied none of my e-mails. I contacted Hermes and got on the 3rd March 2013 an answer. The company Audio-Extasa has not given the tuner-parcel to Hermes. At the 10th March 2013 I sent a reclamation to the owner of Audio-Extasa demanding shipping before the 27th March 2013 or paying 1851,20 euro back if he fails in shipping. And here we are. I have not got he tuner. I have not got he money back. I tried to have a look at the company with Google Street View. Stettinerstrasse 53 is wiped out by some reason. Audio-extasa seems to have server at Poland by some reason.
