I bought a sample from dead sea beauty paying postage and carriage and assuming that I would buy more if I liked it. They didn't make it obvious that you would be paying a subscription and needed to cancel witih 15 days. I have now been charged £97.95 and understand from my debit card supplier that this will be a monthly charge if not cancelled. However it is impossible to get hold of the company to cancel the charge. Their website comes up as no vaild security certificate. I took the risk and found a phone number but it is impossible to speak to anyone. My debit cardcompany have said they will take it as the subscription is cancelled and refund any further amounts but I still wish to complain about the trading standards of this company.
