I was opening an email from Costco sometimes in March, not sure why i was leading to Deadseablue's web page of free trial of their deadsea skin care products with a condition to pay for $5.99 shipping and handling charge; thinking I was trying out some costco's products...I did not see the statement of "14-day trial and full payment of 149.95 after 14-day if not returning the products to them" anywhere at the time. Therefore, I was shocked to see a charge of $149.95 on my credit card statement.
I have been communicated with them by email(phone calls was not answering)but seems un-successful as they stated products was open, used and not retuning to them in 14 days. Products came in 3 little container, only one was opened and used twice only as I stopped after learning my skin was alergy to the products.
My credit card paynent is due next week but I really don't want to pay for the products which I can no longer use. Hope I could be offered some helps it will be much appreciated.

- This is a bad company. Do 2 things. Replace your card, this will have a different number and so the old one is invalid. Go onto their site, login, and scramble all your info. They keep your card details without your permission. And if you just got caught by the 'postage' ensure you don't get caught for more by also transferring all your money until you get the new card.
