consignment scam . TTB had watercraft belonging to scammer . Was to be delivered after TTB confirmed payment. Ten day period to inspect craft before TTB gives owner money! Very well detailed site,copy rights,protective measures etc all to make u feel like u are dealing with professionals, and they are!
