Utilizing the website Changemyaddress.com, I had requested a Change of Address on March 11 for my mail to be forwarded to my new address on March 25. My credit card was charged $19.95 for this service. Two weeks later, my mail is NOT being forwarded. I would like a refund of $19.95 to my credit card.
