I pushed pay at the pump 60 dollars buttom, my tank took 32 dollars. My visa bill shows that 60 dollars was billed not 32 dollars. Asked the attnedant on Monday morning about. He would not speak english to me and basically said to bad so sad. I tried to contact Esso but they do not have a custome service dept to assist me. Looks like I have been scammed big time.. I do have a interview with the local newspaper next week to tell my story. I know Esso does not care so for me lesson learned never pay at the pump ever again.
