ordered boots one month ago have yet to receive them no responses to all my emails, phone calls or messages Purchased 3/8 - payment cleared on the 10th still have not received a response or my order. It has been a month. I have been ignored and cannot speak to a live person it's just a recording when I call and to leave a message never receive a call back email everyday no responses - they finally changed the status online indicating my boots were shipped will not provide me with tracking information and they changed the status saying they were shipped 10 business days ago. This is horrible business and for all my emails to be ignored while they have my money and a month later I still don't have my boots. They have responded once and never again - it's a scam. I want my boots and I want a refund on the shipping no customer deserves to go thru all of this hassle for something I paid for one month ago. I have about 20 emails I have sent with no responses.
