My credit card was debited for $189.99 without my authority on 21/03/2013. I contacted Total Defense and after speaking to a number of people in India for approxiametly one hour was told to call back in 48 hours and gave me a case number,once i called back nothing was resolved and spent another hour going through it all over again. They have charged me for another 12 mths subscription which i dont want and cannot seem to get my money back.

Follow up on my complaint Total Defence has given me back a full credit of $189.99 to my card, thank you scambook for your help.
