I got a fraud e-mail from a friend of mine recommended I look at a product Dr Oz was endorsing, It was linked to a personal video from his show which in turn linked to a free trial after paying only shipping and handling with 100% money back guarantee so I purchased 3 bottles plus the two free based on that deal and in fact was charged for all 5 for a total of 159.00. I received this confirmation charge by e-mail and immediately called number provided to cancel all as it was not what I had agreed to. I talked to an operator who said an immediate credit would be issued and I should wait for my confirmation number. I waited and the line went dead, I sent an e-mail confirming cancellation and asked for the confirmation number back from e-mail. I received an e-mail back telling me how difficult it would be to get a refund as well as I had committed to join another site YourTrimTrainer.com and would be charged 9.47 a month until cancled which I immediatelly did. I have since contacted my credit card company reporting the fraud which they will help after the 15 day waiting period. I am expecting a real fight on my hands and hope I can bring all to a satisfactory conclusion. These types of scumbags are what will destroy the internet and I think it is time legitimate companies support defeating them before all business over internet is questioned.
