I called a Yahoo phone number for help with Yahoo mail. The call was answered by someone foreign. It escalated from a mail problem to a computer problem. They used a trial program to take over my computer and fix the problem. I was suspicious but desperate to fix my computer. I haven't been able to verify whether this is a scam or not. Need to know if my computer and record are save or not.

I Also called that number and its not a scam they really help a lot and wtever money i have paid its worth it i paid $249 for 2 Years Tech Support and its good till now
