Bought a dress from pussdress.com. SSLBILLPAY.COM was listed as the company that processed the payment for the dress. I received confirmation from SSLBILLPAY.COM that payment had succeeded, and would show as 'helpweddingdress.com' on bank statement, then, it said that it would say 'waterres.cn' would appear on the bank statement. It was billed as neither, but said 'Shanghai' when the bank was called about the order. The phone number on SSLBILLPAY.COM went unanswered, despite their claims of 24 hour service.
Scammed. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM PUSSDRESS.COM. Helpweddingdress.com no longer exists as a website.
