I ordered a prom dress for my daughter on April 8,2013. They have received my payment but I have not received a confirmation email. When I look at my account it says that it is processing. I have tried emailing them twice but have not gotten a response.

I assume you should call them for the problem,dude/firend.
I normally order from http://www.kimidress.co.uk/,they are pretty good.
Received the dresses two weeks after I purchased them, I am soooo happy with the quality they are superb, just need to get the dress taken up a notch as they are a little too long but that is to be expected when ordering online.
