I recently order the box set of Third Watch from the Whycostas site after searching the internet for box sets of third watch. The quality of the DVD's was shockingly poor, it is obvious that all the dvd’s were pirated copies from someone video taping the show on tv. Had I known that the quality would be so unbelievable poor and the dvd's pirated i would have never ordered them. I am disappointed in the product I receieved and amazed that this site has not been shut down!
I would appreciate any adviced on how to get a refund!
