My name is Cheryl Masters and on March 5 2013 I paid $3280 usd to a company named zhonghai import & export trade co.ltd for a fast t jet 2 direct to garment printer and a heat press. This company is in china I found them on the internet.I paid through western union and I never got my items I paid for. I have been trying to resolve this and I am getting nowhere they are not responding to my actions. I have receipt of payment through western union and I have an invoice of items I paid for that was sent to me via email and I have every email conversation from day one the person I was communication with is Lin Queeni. I have tried everything in the world to do something about this so far all I could do is have the company banned from several sites they were doing business through.
