MEDIBEN CALLED MY MOTHER AND TALKED HER INTO PURCHASING THIS DISCOUNT PROGRAM FOR HER MEDICAL EXPENSES. SHE HAS NO IDEA WHAT THIS IS AND DOES NOT REMEMBER TALKING TO THEM.THEY ASK THEM FOR CHECKING INFO AND MY MOM DOES NOT REALIZE SHE GAVE OUT HER ROUTING NUMBERS. LAST YEAR THEY TOLD HER THE INFO WAS FOR MEDICARE AND I AM SURE THAT IS WHAT HAPPENED THIS YEAR. TIME WILL TELL IF WE CAN RESOLVE THIS.THIS IS THE SECOND TIME SHE HAS BEEN CALLED FROM THIS COMPANY. LAST YEAR WE WERE ABLE TO STOP PAYMENT ON THE CHECK. THIS YEAR IT WAS FIRST NOTICED WHEN HER STATEMENT CAME.
WE SHOULD NOT HAVE TO CANCEL HER CHECKING ACCOUNT BECAUSE THESE COMPANIES TAKE ADVANTAGE OF OLD PEOPLE.

- I am having the same issue with this company. They charged my 89 year old grandmothers account and I have called them over 30 times to try and get the money refunded. They tell me they will refund it and we never receive it. Now, noone is answering the phone and my messages are not returned.
