The first time I used this product it failed before it produced any results. I have sent letters to the support group, and tried calling, but no response. This is one product that I regret buying. I could have bought a superior product for the same amount of money, but the wife saw the commercial and insisted that this was the one she wanted. BUYER BEWARE!!! Don't waste your time or money, unless you like being frustrated and disappointed!
