Macys sold me a mattress that was damage and had been returned. They tried to lie and would have got away with their fraudently scam. The sent a response to BBB stating they discovered the mattress was damage prior delivery. However, if that was the case, Macy never contacted me. Instead I had to contact them. On the shipping receipt the cond code 2 was scratched out and 3 was written in ink. I was told the mattress was made to order, Macy lied again. The mattress had a date 20 Feb 2013. The box spring were damage as well. Then I order another mattress that was delivered 20 Apr 2013. The mattress had a date 1/6/2013 with someone else name on the mattress. This company is recylcing their damage /return mattresses back into their inventory and reselling to customer I have pictures of the shipping receipts. This company need to pay for me a free mattress set because now mattresses are selling for full price. I received a full refund, but they need to pay for the heartache/pain and suffering.
