Bushes out of Control run by Dana McCathran were contacted by my mother to cut down a dead tree in the backyard and haul the tree away. They cut down the tree and were cutting it up in order to haul it away. However, as they were cutting the tree up, they spoke with my mother explaining that they would be back to haul the tree away. Unfortunately, this was a verbal agreement. It is now 5/4/13 and they still haven't come back nor contacted my mother about hauling her away. My mother, who is 87, paid them in full, expecting them to return and remove the tree. However, they have not done this yet. We have called several times to see when they will come to haul the rest of the tree away but no one has returned our calls.
