On 4-15 I responded to an online survey. As a reward I was offered a free trial of this product if I paid a $4.49 shipping fee. This is all I agreed to. On 5/2/2013 my checking account was charged $139.95!!!!! For what I haven't a clue. Attempts to phone them at the number provided on my bank statement 888 814 2526 simply keeps you holding. Please help me resolve this scam and recover my ill gotten gain from these crooks. And the product does nothing that I can see. I would not spend one more penny on it.

I had the same problem with Prodermagenix. Call this number: 877-318-9598, if they do not want to refund your money, report and file a complain with the Federal Trade Commission. Good luck. -

Hi Jill How have you gone with them. Try ringing this number as it is listed on the Australian Web Site. US/Canada can call .... 877-318-9598
I contacted them today as they dishonestly took more money out of my account. I will now be cancelling my credit card to stop them taking any further money.
I hope this helps Otherwise take them to the cleaners and get your money back
