On November 18th, 2012 my mom and I went in to Good Fellows Auto to look at cars and likely buy one. We sat down with a sales man after we had decided on buying a Nissan Altima. The purpose of having my mom with me was for second opinions. We both listened to all the offers.
We accepted their offer on the car including discount. I told them
that my mom would like to be a co-signer for the car if the financing rate was high. The sales man told me that he would try and get me the best rate and if not then he would ask for a co-signer. Three days later I received a message that I did not need a co-signer as I alone was qualified for a car loan. I went a head to take their financing at the rate I believed they understood I wanted.

We have strong issues.
1. We were given incorrect info about financing: I was given a higher financing rate that I did not anticipate.
2. There were advertising/sales issue: I paid a deposit on a Nissan Altima that was advertised at $11,999.00, on Nov. 18, 2012 to secure the sale.It was sold to someone else, unaware to me after I had gone into the dealer to have another look at the car and signed some papers. We were very discontent over the issue and thought of not doing business with GFA. We then decided to look over their lot on other cars, since they had my deposit. We saw on display a 2009 Nissan Altima for $11,999.00 and was told we could get the same one from their delivery that would arrive in three business days.I requested that I get the same discount and they agreed. I realized after I had signed the financing papers/bill of sale that they sold me a 2008 Nissan Altima and for $12,090.00 before discussing it with me/mom. Also, I did not get the $500.00 discount as agreed on. I requested a 36 months warranty which was ignored. We have tried calling GFA to reason with the manger/s and have not gotten them to accept our reasoning. They are claiming that they did not make the deal and that it is included in the sales total. They are not being is not truthful. They have refused taking our phone calls.
