She said she got a new job and couldn't take of the puppies so she was giving them away for free except $320 needed to be paid to the delivery agency. I asked her to deliver the puppies to my vets hospital and she said they couldn't because the delivery agency doesn't do COD. I explained that they are affiliated with all the local agencies so there is no problem but she insisted on my full name and information! This has scam written all over it! I hope people will take the time to investigate this stuff like I did. When they start a conversation dear friend Buyer Beware!
