I bought an item from www.buyfromchina.eu on 28/04/2013. I have made the payment and our bank confirmed me that the payment amount completely received by the company, but my order still pending till yet, and I have not heard anymore from them. I have not recovered from the shock since then. This company is owned by shanghai kugoo electronics ltd. in China. Plz help me!!!
