I also am experiencing problems with this site. I ordered 3 pairs of boots from them 4th September 2011. When I noticed the payment had gone from my bank 2 days later, I checked the status of the order on my account details.

An amount of £214.72 ($330.41) cleared from my bank on 6th September 2011. It is now 4th October 2011 and I have not received any goods yet. Worryingly, UGGeden are claiming that the parcel has been delivered. It has not!!!

I have emailed them several times but consistently get no reply.

In an effort to try to track down my order, below is a copy of the latest in a long line of emails I have sent to 'UGG Eden's' 'Customer Service Department' at the email address given on the site ie

Hi Carol!

I am concerned that you have not responded to my recent email asking for the whereabouts of my order Reference no 72630 for 3 pair of boots ie Codes 5815, 5325, 5918.

I ordered the boots on 4th September 2011. Payment cleared from my bank on 7th September 2011.

On the same day, my internet account with UGGeden was showing that the boots had been "Delivered"

They have not!!! I have never received the boots, so I have never signed a delivery note for them.

When I ordered the boots I put a note on the order that if I was not in when the parcel arrived it could be left at the Security Lodge at the entrance to my Estate.

Security Officers scrutinise and log everything ie cars, parcels, people etc... that comes in to the Estate. This is standard procedure. The Officers have no record of the parcel having been delivered to me or taken in by them on my behalf. As a parcel was not left with them, they certainly have not signed for it.

So I am really at a loss as to how to proceed with the matter. I am hoping that there has been some reasonable explanation for the long delay; but quite frankly, unless you respond to my correspondence I don't know what is happening. I would really appreciate your response to my email address or my home address (both of which you have). I can be patient, but only if I am told what the delay is. Hopefully, I will be wearing the boots soon.

Having seen this Internet Scam Site and the comments recorded here from other people, I am very pessimistic about ever getting the boots, or my money back!!!

These people ought to be prosecuted and put out of business. They have seriously damaged my confidence in shopping online; and legitimate Businesses will eventually be worse off as more and more people are duped in this way.
