At least 4-5 12 packs of Diet coke purchased at Festival Foods and Wal-Mart tore apart as I was loading into my car or/and carrying into my home. Prior calls to customer service did not resolve the matter problems, therefore, I spoke to the Manager in Sheboygan Wisconsin who was very nice and knew exactly which plant was at fault and which part of the packaging process was not being corrected. I felt better after speaking to the manager because he knew how to fix the problems, with the info. I provided.
I did receive coupons to replace defective 12 pack cases. However, I was waiting until local stores did not run a sale on Coke or Pepsi before I would use them. I was also going to share the coupons with my sister for use at her granddaughter's graduation party on May 25th, 2013.
While shopping at Wal-Mart last week I lost the envelope with the Coke coupons in it and retracted the areas that I was in the store and could not find it.
My request is asking to go the EXTRA MILE as I am not working and am on food stamps. However, is it possible for you to replace the coupons that I lost. If you do not I completely understand. Diet Coke is my ABSOLUTE favorite!!! Again, if you do not replace them I understand. Thanks for listening and your professionalism.
