I am extremely disappointed in every way. I purchased my toms on March 30th and received them on May 10th. When they got here, the box was beaten to a pulp, the canvas of the shoes was crumpled in on itself, the soles were not even glued down, and I am fairly certain that the size was mis-marked due to the fact that my other pair of glitter toms that I own, which are a size 9, are about an inch larger that the ones I received (also a size 9). This cannot be due to a certain style running small because they were the same style. I had waited over twice the amount of time promised (10-15 days) and the results were less than satisfactory. I emailed them the above and included pictures of the shoes compared to my previously owned pair and got the following reply.

Thank you for your prompt reply.I have checked this matter with our production department.They said they made the shipment in accordance with your order. We shipped the complete box for you. Some style shoes may run a little small.We are so sorry for any inconvenience cause by these shoes.Actually,I do not recommend to return the products,because the postal fee,handling fee and the tax are so expensive?it takes you $20-30.It's quite uneconomical for you.I have discussed this matter with our manager.How about this,you buy another pair of shoes on our website and we give you an additional shoe.Could you think about our suggestion? We have never offered this preferential treatment to other customers.

To which I replied:

Thank you for your offer, but I think I am going to decline. I do not have any desire to purchase any other style of Toms on your website besides the ones I received, and they are now out of stock and appear not to be sold anymore. The other reason I would not buy from you all would be that I would not know what size to get due to the fact that my Toms and the ones I received were very different in size, yet they were both 9s, and I have no desire to go through this process a second time.
