I was served by the marshalls office papers for a balance of 1000.41 owed to GE Money Bank. Until that day I have never heard of them nor used them. I have never received any money nor given GE Money Bank money. From what I am reading they are scammers. I called the number for them and got a robotic voicemail saying to leave a message, which I did and doubt I will receive a phone call back. I now have to file an answer to the court and prove that I have no earthly idea who they are.
