I signed up for a website trial, ans it stated they had to confirm I was over 18 years old. It stated that the age verification check entailed that I put my credit card details. It also stated specifically that I WILL NOT be charged!
I was therefore shocked to get an alert from my bank that $39.95 had been charged to my account.
Please help me get my money back. I have not bought any goods nor received a paid-for service.
I cannot believe they are trying to get away with this.
