I took out a loan with the above mentioned company in around May 2006 i was also sold PPI.

The company now collecting is Melbourne Mortgages although the company address and account details are the same.

The interest rate is 17.9 and it does not matter how much i pay extra the balance keeps rising . I borrowed £13,000 and the repayments where originally £225.27 a month but i have been paying £250 a month since 2008 up until now.
I asked for a redemption figure last year and was quoted £15,000 and my loan only has 3 years left. they have been sending me letters with astronomical charges of interest and admin fees.

I can send you copies of the letters and agreements as i have reached the end of my tether as i was made redundant from my job in Feb this year and have been struggling to make payments ever since. i have been told by Melbourne Mortgages that they do not have a holiday period and they have sent me a letter asking me for my expenditure details. i believe the are preparing to try and take away my house now despite all the payments i have made.
Im not sure if i am speaking to the right people or if you can help but i don't know where else to go ...
