The organization had an add on TV. Instead of phoning, I ordered the
item over the internet. I filled out the form and gave them my
credit card information. When I printed out the order, I found that
they had charged my card with a $15.98 Processing Fee along with
the charge for the item. If I had been aware of this in advance, I
would not have ordered anything. They do not have a customer
service number or an address in which to reach them. The web site
is buyswivelstore.com.
