I actually went to the USPS official website and somehow got linked to this site. I filed my $1 address change and got charged $19.95 - 4 different times for some premium address change service (I should have read and not been in such a hurry). Trying to contact this lovely little "Companies" customer service, it is set up to hang up on you or tries to allow you to leave a message in a full mailbox that will not allow you to leave another message. After 25 calls and still not getting a live person, I called my bank. They were able to give me a location on the IP address that was based out of Ohio and they were able to provide me with another phone number 937-654-9093, which again goes to a full voice-mail where you are not able to leave another message. Any number listed on the website or even on their friendly little automated service, leads you straight to the USPS them self who says that are not affiliated with this "So called company" and can not help you. If you have been scammed by this fraudulent "Company"; my advise to you is to contact your bank immediately, cancel your card and open a case to have the charges filed back against this "So called company". Of course my bank said 7/10 days so still waiting to see if this was an $80 lesson learned or not.
