eComfort shipped out inferior product (pump) which retails for a third of the purchased one.
This was detected immediately after UPS delivery. Contacted there CS desk. Was asked to send pictures of item, s/n asf. Emailed all relevant docs and pictures immediately to Steve Jones. Opened an RMA according to their website. RMA scenario, however, did not reflect upon the actual scenario, staff was unable to rectify this. In principle, eComfort never, in any form, put in writing that they had shipped out the wrong product. I amended the RMA and c/ced to RMA dept. Nothing got done about anything. Everyday I rang their CS, same promise (you will get shipping labels at the end of the day) To date they did not provide shipping labels for the product return. It is becoming rather obvious, we are dealing with scam artists here. They take the money and run. There are two people in an office working the phone, deliberately misleading customers to believe, eComfort is actually interested in a resolution, which they are not. Their RMA procedure is useless and meaningless, as it does not reflect the actual scenario. The pre-formulated RMA is worded in favor of eComfort's return policy. SCAM ARTISTS -BEWARE BEWARE.
