DEMSER and company is suppose to be a rental company who rented out a single home without a Certificate of Occupany and changed the name and contact number in 3 days after me vacating the property at 363 Ravenwood Street, Rochester Ny. The new Name is now Ridgeway Realty and not only have I contacted them 4 days in a row to get my security deposit back with no results I was also called a racial slur, a "MONKEY". The company address is 35 Chestnut Street in Rochester NY, and they are never open and it looks like no one is never there because there are chairs and tables piled up.
