Ordered death certificates for mother and father for legal purposes. They sent the right certificates for my mother and for my father they sent a lady's name I had never heard off. On a county website I found that my father has a death certificate on file. So why can't a company that specializes in vital records find it and send the right certificate. I tried to stay away from this company because I had seen a lot of complaints about them on the internet. Unfortunately the county used this company after I sent them the request.
