singlehop.com is a webhosting company that hosts multiple websites owned and operated by Guo Bing in China. Two of these sites are cigarettepurchase.com and internationaltobaccoonline.com. These are fraudulent websites who swindle people out of money by promising to provide product in exchange for money snet to them by Western Union wire transfer. In fact, they don't send the product after they collect your money.

I advised singlehop.com of this scam by emailing them at [email protected]. After first trying to deny they hosted this website, they had to admit it after I supplied proof of the IP address of the site, which was one of a block of IP addresses they owned. They then told me that there was nothing they could do about it other than to forward my complaint to their client. Essentially, they told me that stealing from people is not abuse as far as theya re concerned.

singlehop.com is liable for any funds their clients swindle out of unsuspecting customers due to the fact that they refuse to do anything about it.
