A phone call was received at my home phone from phone number 866-364-1639, my husband was informed that we needed to pay $313.00 for a past due Platinum Visa with last four digits of 3079, he authorized payment then when he reached me I realized that the account did not exist. When I contacted the phone number for credit one of 877-825-3242 information could not be found under my social security number to identify the account and I was told that nothing could be done until Monday. When I requested additional information on the account none could be found but they kept attempting to get additional information about me. My requests for information of the account balance to which the statements had been sent and such I could get no information. I gave them my social security number, they had a;ready gotten #@313.00 from my husband and now I do not exist in the system and cannot do anything until next week. I cannot even ensure that the "credit card" is not active now since a lost or stolen card cannot be dealt with on a Saturday. I was given 4 different numbers but no one is able to deal with the problem on Saturday although they could take my money. I'm sure that this will only escalate since I foolishly gave my social security number for identification since I didn't have the credit card number.
