I applied for a free trial sending in april the advertisement did not state clearly that u had to cancel or opt out before the 14 days was up I got sent the free an the have taken 112.00 a month for pills n 2 x £4.95 a month shipping fees even thou I keep trying to contact them buy phone an have opted out via an auto mated service. Despite all this they are continuing to remove money from my account I can't find address to send the tablets back and if I do I won't have proof really stuck as what I'm supposed to do
