I received the product. I did not open it because I had NEVER completed the process to order it. With in the box there was NO receipt, NO invoice, NO return phone number to contact someone about the problem.

6/19/13 I noticed they had taken $93.00 out of my account. I called and was told I HAD completed the ordering process and there was NO one available to return my money and it was against the policy to do so.

I talked to a customer service rep and THEN got to a Senior rep. all with the same answer. I told them I was will to return the product, but no that is against their policy.

This is ONE big scam! Most products are guaranteed money back. I was told there was a 14 day trial period. Nice. No way to contact them when the 14 days were coming to an close. They illegal took my information that their web site was able to collect with out me clicking on submit! That must be illegal. Do not get sucked into this company.
