Went to change my address with the USPS and ended up on this site in error. The site directs you to enter your change of address information, when you continue to the next page the site automatically scrolls past the charge amount of $19.99 to deceive. The full address you are taken to is "https://www.change-my-address.com/Verification.aspx#scroll" proving that they intentionally scroll past the charge amount.
