On May 31st of 2013 I Viewed Mexican Vital records website because I needed a Birth certificate from Mexico. I called the toll free number(866-237-0470) and spoke with Federico Diaz. After a "computer search" he assured me that it was available. I snt him $145 via Western Union. I should have known better. I tricked him once pretending to be another person that needed a certificate.Of course he He called and when asked he said that he would get the "tracking #" from the previous order and call me back. It did not happen. He always lets the phone go to voice-mail, then he decides if you are some one new they can defraud or an irate customer. They do not call back disgruntled customers. Their Texas phone # is : 214-295-8197. They offer Marriage, Birth , Divorce and Death certificates. They will deliver none !!!
